To request that your account is deleted:

  • Take a screenshot of the in-game Settings menu (make sure it is clear enough to read your player ID at the bottom). The Settings menu is the cog / gear icon ⚙️
  • Send an email to privacypolicy@kolibrigames.com including a clear description of your request to delete your account, and include the screenshot of your game Settings menu
Please note that, once we have verified your request with you via privacypolicy@kolibrigames.com, this will permanently and irrevocably delete your game progress, game account, and any purchases you made. We will not refund or replace any purchases which are lost when an account is permanently deleted.
