• Please note that we can only do this transfer for you once. 
• Please also note that you cannot play on Android and iOS at the same time with the same account: you can only play on one or the other.

In order to see if a transfer is possible, we will need your player IDs from both your Android and Apple devices.

• You can send us your player ID via the in-game chat in the Settings menu:
  • Either by tapping on the "Tap to Copy Player ID" at the bottom of the in-game Settings menu and pasting it into this chat, or by sending us a screenshot of the game Settings menu.
• Please also make sure that Game Center and Google Play Games are connected and their button is showing as green. If the button is red, please tap on it and follow the instructions to connect.
