Light Bulbs are generated by the interns in Business Mode. You can use Light Bulbs to level up unlocked Managers.

You can earn more Light Bulbs by playing Business Mode or buy purchasing them from the in-game store. You can also permanently increase the rate of income of your Light Bulbs by winning stage challenges in Audit Madness.
