Yes, you first need to connect to the game with your Google Play Games (for Android) or Game Center (for iOS) account which you were using on your old device.
If you don't see your progress at first, make sure you are connected to a strong and stable internet connection (ideally WiFi, not mobile data), and complete the initial tutorial in the game. You should then receive a panel and be able to recover your savegame.
If you lost any progress or have any other questions/concerns, please contact our Support team either via the in-game Settings menu or via email at community@idlebanktycoon.com. Please send a full description of the problem and include your Player ID by using the “Tap to copy Player ID” at the bottom of the game Settings menu.
