Super Manager Equipment was added to the game with version 3.63.0. Collect materials then craft these into Equipment, give your Super Managers the Equipment to gain extra powers!

You unlock Super Manager Equipment after the 2nd Mainland Mine. The island will appear on the world map near the Mainland and the Super Managers island.

You get materials from completing Mainland Mines, in Event Mine rewards, from other special events e.g. the Event Season Pass, and the in-game shop. You can view how many materials you have in the materials/blueprint section of the Equipment island. Materials are:

Before you have crafted a piece of Equipment, it will show as a blueprint. Once it is crafted, you will see it in full color!

To give Equipment to a Super Manager and use its powers, you can tap on the Super Manager you want to equip (in the Super Managers menu or a mine managers overview). Next to their picture you will see the option to add a piece of Equipment. If they have one equipped already, you will see it here. If the Equipment boost has been used and is cooling down (waiting to be ready to be used again), you will see a faded image here.

If you want to move a piece of Equipment to another Super Manager, just select the new Super Manager and choose the Equipment from the list - you will be warned that the item is already in use, and you can choose to move the Equipment.
