Transferring your game progress between Android and iOS devices is sometimes possible, but requires assistance from our Support Team.

To ensure a smooth transfer, please contact us with the following information:

  • How to contact us:
    • Via the in-game Settings menu: Settings >"Help" > "Chat With Us"
    • Via email: Send your request to community@idleminertycoon.com
  • What to include in your message:
    • Clearly state you wish to move your game from [Android/iOS] to [iOS/Android].
    • Provide your Player ID from BOTH your old and new devices. You can find your Player ID by tapping "Tap to copy Player ID" at the bottom of the game's Settings menu on each device.
