Yes, you need to connect to the game with your Google Play Games (for Android) or Game Center (for iOS) account which you were syncing to on your old device.

You will require assistance from our Support team if you want to move from Android <> iOS - please see the question “Can I move my game from Android to iOS, or from iOS to Android?”

  • If you still have your old device, log in to Idle Miner Tycoon on it (If you do not have your old device, go to the next step). Go to the game Settings menu and look for Google Play Games or Game Center - make sure the button is green and “Connected”.

    • If you see a red “Disconnected” button for Google Play Games or Game Center, please tap this button and follow the steps to reconnect.

    • If you need to choose between “device” and “cloud”, please choose “cloud" and continue with the next steps in the meantime.

  • On your new device, make sure you have logged in to the same Google Play Games or Game Center account. Open Idle Miner Tycoon.

  • A panel should appear to show the progress you have: “device” and “cloud”. Please select “cloud” to make sure that you stay connected to your Google Play Games or Game Center account for the future.

  • You should now have your old progress, and you are safely syncing with the cloud to ensure you can keep your progress updated in future!

  • If you lost any progress or have any other questions/concerns, please contact our Support team either:

    • via the in-game Settings menu; please send a full description of the problem and include your Player ID by using the “Tap to copy Player ID” at the bottom of the game Settings menu
