Yes, you can usually load your progress from an old device by connecting your game to your Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) account.

Follow these steps to restore your progress:

  1. Ensure Account Connection:
    • On your OLD device (if available): Log in to Idle Miner Tycoon. Go to the game Settings menu. Look for Google Play Games or Game Center and ensure the button is green and says “Connected.” If it's red and "Disconnected," tap it and follow the steps to reconnect.
    • If you no longer have your old device: Proceed to the next step.
  2. Connect on your NEW device:
    • On your new device, make sure you are logged into the same Google Play Games or Game Center account that was synced with your old device.
    • Open Idle Miner Tycoon.
    • A panel should appear showing your progress options: "device" and "cloud." Always choose "cloud" to load your saved progress and ensure future synchronization.

Important Notes:

  • Android to iOS / iOS to Android Transfers: If you are trying to move your progress between an Android and an iOS device, this process is different and requires Support Team assistance. Please refer to the FAQ: "Can I move my game from Android to iOS, or from iOS to Android?"
