Rewards

  • Rewards are sometimes credited to your account individually, sometimes together with other rewards
    • e.g. if you complete three tasks, each for 20 Super Cash -> you may get three credits of 20 Super Cash, or you may get one credit of 60 Super Cash
  • Rewards for a completed task might take up to 2 days to arrive!

 

What can I do if I have problems?

It has been over 2 days, but rewards haven't arrived?

      • Go to the "Earn Super Cash" island

      • Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top-left part of the screen

      • Open the "Reward Status" and find the offer to see the Reward details

      • From there you can contact the support team for the external partner who provides these tasks and rewards on behalf of Idle Miner Tycoon by tapping on "Request Support".

Please do not contact Idle Miner Tycoon support regarding rewards from the "Earn Super Cash" island, as our support team will not be able to assist you. Please contact the in-game external partner support as described above.
