With the new Super Manager system from game version 4.0.0 onwards, it will not be possible to re-roll to get a different Super Manager than the one you just unlocked.

If you have collected enough Green Gems to exchange for 30 Fragments - enough to unlock a new Super Manager from the Mainland - then you will permanently keep whichever Manager is randomly unlocked for you when you use your Fragments.
