If your in-game friends are no longer showing, first check your in-game connection to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS).
- Go to the in-game settings menu
- Look for Google Play Games or Game Center
- Make sure the button is green and "connected"
- If it is not green and connected, tap on it and follow the instructions to reconnect.
If this doesn't help, or if your friends from Facebook are no longer showing:
1.) Go to Facebook App
2.) Go to Settings and then Apps and Websites
3.) Go to Logged in with Facebook
4.) Check under the "Expired" tab to see if Idle Miner Tycoon is there
5.) If Idle Miner Tycoon is there, tap on it and the blue "Renew" button
Please DO NOT remove Idle Miner Tycoon from your Facebook as you may lose the ability to reconnect to Facebook.
If this doesn't work, please try the following:
1. Tap "Play with Friends", shown as two people on the top right of your game
2. Navigate to your profile
3. Select your display picture and choose your Facebook display picture

4. Select Settings.
5. Tap "Apps and websites"
6. Check your Preferences on "Apps, websites and games"
7. Turn that setting on. With that you'll allow the access to Facebook which should let your friends reappear

Please try adding new friends by using the share link as well. To find it, enter the "Friend Boost" panel and tap on "+5% Add Friend". From there, tap on the "Share" button next to "More" and you should then be able to share the link and add new friends to the game. This should make the friend boost increase again.
