1.) Make sure you have a strong internet connection (ideally wifi, not mobile data).
2.) Check your device and make sure you are signed in to your Google Play Games account (for Android) or your Game Center account (for iOS).
3.) Go to the in-game Settings menu and make sure that your Google Play Games or Game Center connection shows a green “Connected” button. If it is red and “Disconnected”, tap it and follow the instructions to reconnect and load your cloud savegame.
4.) If you are “Connected”, but still do not see the progress you were expecting, please contact our Support team via the Settings menu or with an email to community@idleminertycoon.com. Please include as many details as possible, and your current Player ID by using the “Tap to copy Player ID” function at the bottom of the Settings menu.
