If you've lost your game progress or your account, please follow these steps. Many common issues can be resolved this way:

  1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a strong, stable internet connection (ideally Wi-Fi, not mobile data).
  2. Verify Platform Account Login:
    • Android: Check that you are signed in to your Google Play Games account on your device.
    • iOS: Check that you are signed in to your Game Center account on your device.
  3. Confirm In-Game Connection:
    • Go to the in-game Settings menu.
    • Make sure your Google Play Games or Game Center connection shows a green “Connected” button.
    • If it's red and “Disconnected,” tap it and follow the instructions to reconnect. When prompted to choose between "device" and "cloud" progress, always select "cloud" to load your saved game.
  4. Contact Support: If you are "Connected" but still don't see your expected progress, please contact our Support Team.
