If you've lost your game progress or your account, please follow these steps. Many common issues can be resolved this way:
- Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a strong, stable internet connection (ideally Wi-Fi, not mobile data).
- Verify Platform Account Login:
- Android: Check that you are signed in to your Google Play Games account on your device.
- iOS: Check that you are signed in to your Game Center account on your device.
- Confirm In-Game Connection:
- Go to the in-game Settings menu.
- Make sure your Google Play Games or Game Center connection shows a green “Connected” button.
- If it's red and “Disconnected,” tap it and follow the instructions to reconnect. When prompted to choose between "device" and "cloud" progress, always select "cloud" to load your saved game.
- Contact Support: If you are "Connected" but still don't see your expected progress, please contact our Support Team.
