You can see this information in each specific Super Manager's information panel.

In Elemental Mode, each Element increases or decreases the effectiveness of your Super Managers in their current Mines.

- e.g. in Elemental Mode, Ice Continent = "Frost Continent" -> Super Manager "Aurora" is "Frost" -> Aurora will be more effective in an Ice Continent Mine, but less effective in a Nature Continent Mine

New Elements can be unlocked by ranking up your Super Managers:

- e.g. Super Manager "Aurora"" is "Frost"" -> when her Rank increases, she unlocks the "Light" Element -> now she will also be more effective in a Light Continent Mine
