To request that your account is deleted:
- Send an email to privacypolicy@kolibrigames.com including a clear description of your request and which game your request relates to
Please note that, once we have verified your request with you via privacypolicy@kolibrigames.com, this will permanently and irrevocably delete your game progress, game account, and any purchases you made. We will not refund or replace any purchases which are lost when an account is permanently deleted.
If you instead wish to reset your progress to start playing the game from the beginning, please see the FAQ entry "Can I reset my game progress and start over from the beginning of the game?" - this is something you can do yourself via the in-game Settings menu.
