Urca, an ancient dragon of the Snowy Peak, is a being of icy might and ancient wisdom. The people of Idle Earth were of no interest to him, although they spoke of him in hushed tones, crafting stories around the sparkle of his crystal wings.

Recently however, something piqued his interest in the affairs of the miners, namely their discovery of the precious ice-crystals which run through the mountains of Idle Earth. As Urca witnessed the miners' delight in their discovery, their delicate extraction work, and their dedicated use of these frost-born minerals, he could not help but be intrigued by them.

Though the miners remain unaware of Urca's interest, they are aware of his hidden impact on these icy elements: his mighty, crystal-shattering shout carries on the icy winds, energizing even the most distant reaches of the mountain. And that's not all that Urca's voice can energize - on the distant breeze there are whispers of another, a presence faintly tied to him, with breath that seeps into his thoughts, guiding him as he watches the land with newfound curiosity.
