If your game time or date is out of sync with the server time, you can run into issues. For example:

  • Not seeing the current Event Mine
  • Not seeing Daily Deals
  • Waiting a long time for Barriers to unlock
  • Not being able to play events like the Chrono Mine

To fix this, you need to make sure your device's time/date settings are "automatic", and correct. 

On Android devices:

  1. Open your phone's "Clock" app
  2. Tap "More"
  3. Open "Settings"
  4. Tap "Change date & time"
  5. Select "Set time zone automatically"

On iOS devices:

  1.  Go to "Settings"
  2. Tap "General"
  3. Tap "Date & Time"
  4. Select "Set Automatically"

 

If the problems in your game persist, please be patient. The effects of incorrect time/date can persist after you have updated your device settings.
