Refunds On Digital Content
We only issue refunds if the digital content is legally considered "defective" or "non-conforming." You are entitled to a refund or remedy in the following cases:
- The purchased item was not credited to your account despite a successful transaction. In most cases, this can be remedied by contacting our Support team so that the items can be manually credited to your account.
- The item or feature is technically broken. For example, if a purchased item causes the game to crash and we are unable to fix it.
- The content significantly differs from the description provided in the Shop offer at the time of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
- By purchasing digital content (e.g. in-app items, Super Cash, Season Passes), you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the content is made available to your account.
How To Request A Refund
Please note that our in-game Support team can only assist with refunds for purchases made via Google Play (Android devices).
For in-game purchases made via Apple (iOS devices), please contact their support team directly, as we are unable to grant refunds for these: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223
If you wish for our Support team to review a request for a refund made via Google Play, please contact us directly via the in-game Settings menu with:
- Details of the issue with your purchase.
- The order ID, which looks like this: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX
- This can be found either at https://payments.google.com/payments/u/0/home# or in your Google Play email receipt.
