First, please try closing the game (but do not uninstall / remove it from your device). Then open it again and see if the purchase was delivered.
Then, try waiting up to 30 minutes to see if the purchase is delivered with a delay.

please send a full description of the problem
please include a transaction ID (if you paid on Google Play Store) or a screenshot of the iTunes receipt (if you paid on iTunes). Please cover up any unnecessary personal information
