If you have seen Error 1, please try the following:
- on iOS: Please go into your App Store, and if you see a popup asking you to enter your credentials, please go ahead and enter your password.
- on Android: Please follow these steps to see if they help:
- Tap the cog icon in the top right corner of any mine
- Scroll down to the Google Play Games section
- Disconnect your game from Google Play Games
- Wait a few seconds then tap the same button to connect to Google Play Games again
- Enter your login credentials
- Restart the game

- Which error code you are seeing?
- Your Player ID (Press the "Tap to Copy Player ID" button then paste it to us.)
- When and where does the problem occur?

- Do you have a screenshot of the issue?
- Do you play on Android or iOS?
- Which version of the game are you using? (You can see this at the start of the loading screen or settings menu.)
- Which error code you are seeing?
