If you have seen Error 1, please try the following:
  • on iOS: Please go into your App Store, and if you see a popup asking you to enter your credentials, please go ahead and enter your password.
  • on Android: Please follow these steps to see if they help:
  1. Tap the cog icon in the top right corner of any mine
  2. Scroll down to the Google Play Games section
  3. Disconnect your game from Google Play Games
  4. Wait a few seconds then tap the same button to connect to Google Play Games again
  5. Enter your login credentials
  6. Restart the game
If these do not solve the issue for you, or if you have encountered another Error code, please get in touch with us via the in-game settings and we'll look into the issue with you. If you could let us know the following, it would really help us:    

- Which error code you are seeing?
- Your Player ID (Press the "Tap to Copy Player ID" button then paste it to us.)
- When and where does the problem occur?
- Does this happen regularly?
- Do you have a screenshot of the issue?
- Do you play on Android or iOS?
- Which version of the game are you using? (You can see this at the start of the loading screen or settings menu.)
