Managers each have a special ability, which is called a Specialty. This gives the Manager a bonus when they are assigned to work in a specific area.

The icon shown on the Manager card represents the area of the bank which they should be assigned to (and will then give a bonus to):

• Pink Hammer (Legal)

• Green Calculator (Accountancy)

• Red Shield (Security)

• Yellow Gear (Operations)

• Communications (Blue Speech Bubble)

The higher the Manager's level, the better the bonus can be: for example, Reggie Stills can increase Operations productivity by 40% from level 1 to 39, and once he is level 40+ he will increase it by 50% instead.
