Yes, they do! You will still earn Green Gems, Blue Gems and Red Gems from completing Mainland mines.

Green Gems will now be exchanged for Fragments - with these Fragments, you can then UNLOCK new Super Managers or RANK UP existing ones
Blue Gems will still be used to LEVEL UP Super Managers
Red Gems will still be used to PROMOTE Super Managers
