You should be able to recover your progress once you complete the initial tutorial in the game.
Please make sure you are connected to the internet (ideally WiFi, not mobile data) and make sure you are signed in to your correct Google Play Games / Game Center account on your device.
If you are still missing your progress, then please contact our support team via the in-game Settings menu or with an email to community@idlebanktycoon.com. Please include as many details as possible, and your current player ID by using the "Tap to copy Player ID" function at the bottom of the in-game Settings menu.
