Managers are automatically assigned the moment you unlock them. As you continue to build your junkyards and complete quests you will be able to unlock and assign more Managers!

Tap on the Manager Collection icon (cards) to see the list of Managers you have already collected and those that are still locked. Here you can also level them up by using Juice Boxes! The higher the Manager's level, the better their Manager Bonus can be.
