Your restaurants all have opening hours, to make sure there is time for your staff to go home and rest while the restaurant is closed! At about 12AM everyone will leave, and the restaurant opens again from 4AM the next day. If you don't want to wait, you can watch an ad to skip through the night to the start of the new work day.
